Your data, plainly.

We collect your name, email address, company, phone number and whatever you tell us about your project. We use it to reply, evaluate your application and, if we build together, run the partnership.

Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. While you fill in the application form, your draft is saved only in your own browser until you send it.

We store your answers and, only if you choose to give them, your organisation’s name, your name and a phone number or email address. We use the answers to understand which AI tools businesses need, and your contact details only to send you the results and tell you about our pilot programme.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in designing useful products, and your consent for being contacted, which you can withdraw at any time. Answers are stored with Vercel in Frankfurt (EU).

We look for businesses that could benefit from our work and introduce ourselves by email. For this we use business contact details that the business itself has made public:

• business name, website, address and phone number
• business email addresses
• the name and role of a contact person, where the business publishes them
• notes about the public website, such as how it works on mobile
• any correspondence between us

Sources: the business’s own website and social profiles, public business directories and public registers such as Companies House.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in telling businesses about services that may be useful to them. We only write to businesses, and send at most one introduction and two short follow-ups. You can object at any time. Just reply “no thanks” or “unsubscribe” and we won’t contact you again.

Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you request, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. We set one cookie, “lang”, to remember your language.

We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf:

• Vercel: website hosting
• Resend: sending emails from our website forms
• GoDaddy: our email service
• Anthropic: AI tools we use to research businesses and draft correspondence

Some of these providers are based outside Türkiye, the UK and the EU, for example in the United States. We transfer data only as data protection law allows. We never sell personal data.

Applications and partner correspondence: for as long as the project needs, and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.

Survey answers: up to 24 months. If you withdraw your consent, we delete your contact details straight away.

Outreach: if we don’t end up working together, we delete your details within 12 months of our last contact. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep only your email address or domain on a do-not-contact list, so that we can respect your request.

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it or restrict how we use it, and you can object to its use at any time, including for direct marketing. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it.

Write to us at the email address below and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (UK), the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK, Türkiye) or the data protection authority where you live.
